Para ahorrar tiempo, deber\u00eda recibir un enlace al programar su cita. T\u00f3mese el tiempo de completarlo y le ayudar\u00e1 a ahorrar tiempo en la oficina.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Un tutor legal debe acompa\u00f1ar a cualquier menor a su primera cita para completar el registro.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Reg\u00edstrese en su dispositivo: \u00a1antes de su visita o cuando llegue!<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>M\u00e1s r\u00e1pido, m\u00e1s inteligente: experiencia de check-in, entregada por correo electr\u00f3nico o mensaje de texto<\/li>\n<li>Hecho en tu propio tiempo, desde la privacidad de tu propio dispositivo.<\/li>\n<li>Llegada a cita sencilla y r\u00e1pida<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Aseg\u00farese de que tengamos una direcci\u00f3n de correo electr\u00f3nico o un n\u00famero de tel\u00e9fono actualizados.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Registrarse:<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Cuando llegue por primera vez a nuestras oficinas para una visita al m\u00e9dico, reg\u00edstrese en la recepci\u00f3n y traiga consigo los siguientes art\u00edculos:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Tarjeta de seguro m\u00e9dico del paciente<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Autorizaci\u00f3n de seguro (si lo requiere su compa\u00f1\u00eda aseguradora)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Lista de medicamentos actuales<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Licencia de conducir o identificaci\u00f3n con fotograf\u00eda de la persona responsable (\u00e9l mismo o su padre\/tutor)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Cualquier formulario de referencia que el paciente haya recibido del m\u00e9dico de atenci\u00f3n primaria, sala de emergencias, etc.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Anteojos y\/o lentes de contacto si visita a un oftalm\u00f3logo<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Pacientes nuevos y derivaciones a urgencias:<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Si nos lo han remitido a trav\u00e9s de la sala de emergencias o no lo ha visto previamente ninguno de los proveedores de nuestras cl\u00ednicas, deber\u00e1 leer, completar y enviar nuestro nuevo proceso de registro a trav\u00e9s de un enlace que se le envi\u00f3 al hacer su cita.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Copagos y otros pagos:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Su copago y deducible se requieren al momento del servicio o puede hacerlo a trav\u00e9s de nuestro nuevo proceso de check in mediante el enlace que le enviamos.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Aceptamos Visa, MasterCard, American Express, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.carecredit.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Cr\u00e9dito de cuidado<\/span><\/a>, Tarjetas de d\u00e9bito y cheques.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Para los nuevos pacientes que pagan por s\u00ed mismos, se espera un pago de $150 el d\u00eda de su cita. <em><strong>antes<\/strong><\/em> Tratamiento de su m\u00e9dico. El saldo se debe pagar al finalizar la visita.
