Esto es lo que necesita saber (seg\u00fan ADPH):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Los hospitales est\u00e1n al nivel normal o por encima de su capacidad de pacientes debido en gran parte al n\u00famero de pacientes<br \/>\npresentando s\u00edntomas similares a los de la gripe estacional. Los servicios de urgencias locales y<br \/>\nLas cl\u00ednicas ambulatorias tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1n atendiendo vol\u00famenes muy elevados de pacientes.<\/li>\n<li>En estos momentos no estamos ante una situaci\u00f3n de gripe pand\u00e9mica, sino ante una situaci\u00f3n de gripe estacional de importancia.<\/li>\n<li>Desde principios de diciembre, la vigilancia de la salud p\u00fablica ha detectado una actividad generalizada de influenza en<br \/>\nel estado.<\/li>\n<li>Los informes de enfermedades similares a la influenza (ILI) en Alabama en las \u00faltimas semanas han sido<br \/>\ncasi tres veces el umbral de actividad significativa para la temporada de influenza 2017-18.<br \/>\nEl umbral es 3,4%.<\/li>\n<li>Cepas predominantes identificadas en muestras enviadas al laboratorio estatal en los \u00faltimos dos a\u00f1os<br \/>\nLas \u00faltimas semanas han sido A (H1N1) y A (H3). A nivel nacional, no se ha observado una resistencia antiviral significativa.<br \/>\nSe han identificado casos.
