Job Summary: Appointment Scheduling Clerks are responsible for making and changing patients’ appointments.

Ideal candidate should have 2 years of stable work history. Excellent customer service skills.

Requirements:

  • Must be a high school graduate.
  • Requires at least 1 year of work experience.  Must have computer experience.
  • Must be able to transcribe information received from patients, including insurance coverage, social security and telephone numbers without error.
