Mobile, Ala. (January 3, 2024) – Alinda Guynes McGowin, MD, Timothy B. White, OD, and Ronni Ferris-Metzger, OD, have joined the Premier Medical Eye Group. They will practice at Premier Medical offices in Mobile and Baldwin counties.

Dr. McGowin specializes in topical cataract surgery, intraocular lens implants, premium multifocal intraocular lens implants, astigmatism correcting intraocular lens implants, micro-invasive glaucoma surgery, and the treatment of comprehensive ocular disease.

Dr. White specializes in pediatric and adult eye exams, diabetic eye exams, diagnoses and management of cataracts, glaucoma and macular degeneration, as well as amblyopia treatment, dry eye treatment, myopia management and contact lens fitting.

Dr. Ferris-Metzger specializes in pediatric and special needs eye care, comprehensive family eye care, and specialty contact lenses for corneal diseases such as keratoconus and pellucid marginal degeneration.
