Mobile, Ala. – The Audiology & Hearing Aid Center of Premier Medical will hold its sixth annual Gift of Hearing give-away to provide five brand new sets of hearing aids to deserving members of our community in 2024.  Hearing loss is the third most common health problem in the United States, and affects the individual, as well as their family and loved ones. In older adults, untreated hearing loss has been linked to cognitive decline, depression and withdrawal from family and friends.

Those wanting to be considered for the giveaway, should submit a letter telling their (or someone else’s) story.  First and last name, age, address, email (if applicable) and phone number of the nominee must also be included with the entry. Candidates must be willing to have a free hearing test at one of Premier Medical’s Audiology offices, and must be 18 years or older.  Employees of Premier Medical or employees’ family members are not eligible to participate.
