Background
For more than 25 years, Dr. Mosteller has treated eyelid abnormalities including drooping eyelids, eyelid malposition (i.e. the turning in or turning out of the lid), eyelid tumor management and reconstruction, eyelid injuries, cosmetic eyelid surgery and Botox. The overwhelming majority of Dr. Mosteller’s oculoplastic cases are done as an outpatient procedure at the on site ambulatory surgery center at Dauphin West Surgery Center.
Through his years of training and experience, Dr. Mosteller performs the most advanced forms of cataract surgery including sutureless Cataract Surgery with Topical Anesthesia. Dr. Mosteller offers many options of lens implants to correct distance, intermediate and near vision including the Multifocal IOL, Toric IOL and Monofocal IOL.
