Blood Test
There are two main types of allergy testing: skin tests and blood tests. Blood tests detect and measure the amount of allergen-specific antibodies in your blood. They offer a fast, safe and accurate alternative to traditional skin tests.
Blood tests have the advantage of requiring only one stick to draw a few tubes of blood which are used to identify the source of your allergy. Our in-house laboratory performs the testing.
Blood tests are particularly helpful in diagnosing food allergies, but also screen for common allergy triggers, including:

- Pet dander
- Trees
- Grasses
- Weeds
- Molds
